What You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and mapaladph ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the mapaladph platform at mapaladph.best, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use mapaladph. It's that simple. We want everyone on the platform to have a clear understanding of how things work, which is why we've made an effort to write these in plain language that any Filipino member can follow without needing a law degree.

mapaladph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll notify active members through our platform or via email. Your continued use of mapaladph following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an account on mapaladph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for online gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted to access and use online betting platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mapaladph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from the mapaladph platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.

mapaladph takes age verification seriously. We may request valid government-issued identification at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each person may register only one account on mapaladph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or on behalf of someone else — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify mapaladph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

mapaladph will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. We are not responsible for losses incurred due to your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication for maximum protection.

mapaladph supports Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Key rules regarding deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your mapaladph wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. mapaladph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• mapaladph reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This typically includes a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and completion of any required verification.
• Funds that have been used to place bets are subject to standard settlement rules and cannot be recalled during an active betting event.
• mapaladph does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All bets placed on mapaladph are subject to the specific rules for each sport, game, or event type. These rules are published on the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and recorded by the mapaladph system. A bet slip displayed on your screen does not constitute acceptance until a confirmation is received.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the member, except where a "cash out" option is explicitly offered.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, mapaladph reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the scheduled completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the published event-specific rules for that sport or market.
• mapaladph does not accept bets from any person who has insider knowledge of a match or event that is not publicly available.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing your bet. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

Live betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds change in real time during live events and a brief delay may occur between your bet submission and acceptance. mapaladph will always show you the confirmed odds before your bet is finalised.

mapaladph regularly offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotions to our members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published for each offer, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your cash balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Promotions are available to eligible members only. mapaladph may exclude certain members from specific promotions at our discretion.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using automated software, bots, or coordinating with other members to abuse promotional offers will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device.
• mapaladph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We'll always give reasonable notice when making significant changes to ongoing promotions.
• In cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the decision of mapaladph is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mapaladph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including using another person's identity or stolen credentials.
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or placing bets based on inside information.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, including but not limited to VPN use to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or using mapaladph for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing our support staff or other platform users.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point.

mapaladph has fraud detection systems in place that monitor all account activity. If suspicious behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

mapaladph may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behaviour as described in Section 7.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or request from law enforcement.
• Member request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

In cases where the account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, mapaladph reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to responsible gaming self-exclusion or a member's voluntary request, outstanding eligible balances will be returned after standard verification.

Members who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may contact our support team to initiate a formal review. We aim to resolve all suspension disputes within 5 business days.

mapaladph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Filipino members. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take that seriously.

The following tools are available to all mapaladph members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set amount of time on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from betting for a defined period without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent ban from the mapaladph platform if you feel your gambling is out of control.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of how long you've been playing and your net wagering activity.

All content on the mapaladph platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, website design, text, graphics, software, and odds data — is the exclusive intellectual property of mapaladph or its licensed content providers.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any mapaladph content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the mapaladph name, logo, or branding in any way that could cause confusion or imply association without permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the mapaladph platform.

Limited personal use of mapaladph platform content is permitted for your own non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires the express written consent of mapaladph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mapaladph shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from the outcome of bets placed on the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on odds, statistics, or other information provided by mapaladph.
• Temporary interruptions to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account where such access was enabled by the member's own negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers or delays in transaction processing caused by such providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits mapaladph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you will not exceed the value of funds held in your mapaladph account at the time of the relevant incident.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of mapaladph, or any bet placed on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, mapaladph encourages members to raise concerns directly with our support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We are committed to handling all complaints fairly and promptly.

If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through our support team, you may escalate it to our formal Dispute Resolution process by submitting a written complaint to support@mapaladph.best. We aim to provide a final response within 10 business days.
